Planning within a Conservation area.
Planning alterations to buildings within a Conservation area requires an understanding of the building, preparation of a design and access statement often accompanied by a design rational along with a comprehensive set of drawings to liaise with the local councils and work together to both protect the building & the Conservation area surrounding it. I also work with Local Councils within Areas Of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Grade II/II* Listed buildings to try and achieve the best outcome for both you and the building.
