Often I become involved in a project where the house has been extended recently with more focus on profit and gain than aesthetics or effective use of space. By working with the clients, listening and embracing their needs and the buildings form often I can propose a solution to the problems.
This particular project required planning permission but may well fall within the Governments legislation that is in force from the 30th May 2013 for 3 years with regard to a raft of measures granting new permitted development right for extensions.
